Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number via email and/or text. Most orders will take 5-14 business days for transit time, excluding processing time. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide one for you.

Shipping is FREE to the UK. and takes 5-14 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship items during weekends or Chinese holidays. We strive to process most orders within 1-3 business days. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

We Ship Only To UK and Europ Countries

Orders cannot be edited once they have been shipped. Once your order is on its way to the shipping address provided, we are unable to make any changes. If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@blacknorway.com with your order number and relevant information. Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed.

BLACK NORWAY has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and hazardous materials, cannot be returned. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

To start a return, please contact us at support@blacknorway.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, and the return fee will be on you if you do not have a reason.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order details and any relevant information.
