Work really well, im using them to turn my snake light on and off at certain times. They work really well and the app is really well made, very smooth interface. I did find the pairing process was annoying with a virgin hub however.
We have become an alexa family! These smart plugs are one of a few round the house that we have controlled by alexa. After downloading the required app, they connect to the WiFi and quickly found by Alexa where you can name them and put them in a group, set up routines as required.
Really handy reasonably priced smart sockets. Very easy to set up with my Alexa echo. I am using these to turn the power off for our electric fireplace where the power sockets are kind of hidden behind the chimney walls. Second one for a standing lamp which a bit away from our sofas.
Absolutely made up with these small sized smart plugs. Great value for money and are so easy to install and compatible with Alexa. Enough space on each side of plug to get another plug in to socket. I have had some before where they are just too bulky. These are perfect size and work very well with our lamps and electric heater.
if you plug it in from being diconnected from power for 10 seconds youll find it will connect to wifi easily.its a decent plug.does everything the official plug does but at half the price.my whole house is powered by these plugs.makes life so easy to control your home when paired with an echo device.i basically talk to my house now lol
Bought these on a Deal of the day. I already had the app installed so setting them up with Alexa was a breeze. They work as expected and have been very reliable so far.
Plugs works fine and easily controlled via phone.
I really like these, they are good quality and solid, much smaller than some other smart plugs I have used which makes them much easier to user particular when I used them in an outdoor weatherproof box where space is tight.
I used this to check how much power several items around the home were using. The unit consistently gave a reading higher than the stated wattage but always within an acceptable range. Gave me some good insights into how much power white goods were consuming. Really pleased with these smart plugs. Was worried that they would be hard to set up but I was very surprised how easy it was to install them. They look very neat and tidy and work very well.
They were easy to set up and they've never given any problems. If you unplug them and move them somewhere else around the house or the power goes out they immediately self-reconnect to the network as soon as you plug them back in. These would make an ideal gift for Greta IF she liked electricity, but she doesn't so send her two sets and ruin her young adulthood too!
I got these to plug my Christmas tree lights into as access to the socket was difficult once the tree was in position…they are so easy to set up and I can override on the app if I want to. So much easier to use and set up than the usual ones where you have to move the fingers up or down to set up, I find they don’t keep very good time and after a while they change and are likely to get moved or changed if touched as well as taking up so much room often means losing an adj...
